The owners of a commercial building in the centre of Wantage wanted to create value and unlock capital from a small disused parking lot to the rear of the building. Spelman Developments worked closely with Oxfordshire county council regarding the access to the site and gained their support by improving traffic flow at a dangerous junction. We received a planning consent for a terrace of four townhouses. These were built with many typical local design features and were sold to an Oxfordshire based property investment company to add to their rental portfolio.
