Here we approached a local business owner working out of a B2 warehouse. We identified the two acre site as having great potential for redevelopment. The owner was planning his retirement and interested in maximising the value of his land.
The site was partly within a flood zone and had numerous other restrictions we had to overcome. The planning of this site took around 10 years but a planning consent was approved for 50 residential units in April 2018. The site is being developed by Taylor French Developments and HighTown Housing Association.
