Here we approached four home owners, and were able to offer them well in excess of market value for their properties once planning permission had been granted. Each house was on a large half acre plot and a short walk from Brackley town centre.
Planning permission was granted at appeal for 56 assisted living apartments and provided some much needed employment for the local area. The site was developed by a national retirement operator called 'McCarthy and Stone'.
