Winners was a retail unit on an acre plot just behind the main high street of Bicester. The owners were a local family that wanted to maximise the value of their land. The highest land value was created by planning a retirement scheme on the land.
Planning permission was granted for 42 retirement apartments. The site was developed by a national retirement operator called "Churchill Retirement”.
