By obtaining planning permission before the purchase, we were able to pay the owner of this property significantly more than its original market value. This site was a bungalow with an adjacent garage and had been empty for some time. The site was on the border of Brackley conservation area, adjacent to a pair of beautiful Victorian houses, so we needed to be particularly sensitive in its design to meet planning requirements.
Spelman Developments worked closely with the council and the architect designed two modern detached eco homes. These homes have been sold to two local families.
